Hello lovely people, I came out with a formula in business called “The Three P’s In Business” which are Pray, Plan and Practice. You can try this method especially when you are starting from scratch, that’s no connections, capital, etc
I have been using this formula for sometime now and I think I should share them.
Pray
The most important of all is “Prayer”. You have to pray for God to guide you. Sometimes making a single wrong move may affect your business now and future. It maybe like a setback or virus always popping up. That’s why you need to pray for ideas, knowledge, understanding etc to guide you in planning and bringing your business to life.
Plan
You need to plan, yeah plan. It’s good to plan according to your budget or capital. Capital as in what you have at the moment not what someone promised you. If you plan using promises from people it may affect you when they don’t deliver. Plan according to what you have and let promises from people such as financial support, etc be your backup plan.
Practice
After praying for ideas and planning you have to start practicing. Practicing include, producing or advertising yourself and your brand. Talk more about your brand, what you offer etc. I use a method I call the “fishing method”. In fishing all you need is a hook and a bait. With these items, you can catch different types of animals and sometimes animals you don’t expect. Same idea in business. Try and get your bait and a hook for business fishing and you will get different types of customers even customers outside your business lane.
At this stage, you need to pray very well and surround yourself with friends or people that will share opportunities with you, friends that will recommend you not friends that will share news or jokes with you then hide opportunities from you or will only praise you anytime they see you but won’t recommend or advertise for you. Try and also advertise for your friends too.
It’s not that easy, if you see someone trying hard to make ends meet, kindly support them, at least share their flyers or recommend them, just like how we post jokes and other updates from celebrities, let us kindly do same for our friends. Also, try and collaborate with other upcoming entrepreneurs like you. Help each other. For example; if you’re a graphic designer, you can collaborate with a friend and help him or her with advertising flyers, logo, etc and in return he or she will recommend you.
